Welcome! I'm currently an artist and equestrian from Missouri but planning on moving to Pennsylvania to go to school to become and airplane mechanic. I have been in and out of the artist community for up to 15 years now, I'm not very active within the community anymore but still lurk here from time to time. I have autism and adhd so please be patient! I use tone tags occasionally and unintentionally can come across as blunt, otherwise I am friendly and always welcome to chat!

General Terms

I work best off reference images! If you do not have one please be descriptive as possible.Any and all rude behavior can result in your commission being cancelled.I reserve the right to cancel or deny your commission for any reason.My art is not allowed on Chatlands for any reason. No exceptions.If you order a sketch, do not finish it yourself or commission someone else to finish it.You may not commission work for anyone on my blacklist.3D animations are not first come first serve.

Payment

All commissions require payment before the sketch is finished. Sketches will be heavily watermarked to prevent theft.Failure to pay within 2 weeks will result in your commission being canceled. If canceled after the sketch, I can use your sketch for another piece.Payment will be done through Venmo or Paypal in USD. DO NOT PUT A COMMENT ON PAYPAL! THEY HAVE BEEN BANNING PEOPLE.Price may vary based on complexity of character.Adding extra characters will cost more.Adding clothing, items, hair, etc., may cost extra.All prices listed are starting prices and can vary.I will take payment plans with a down payment of 25% of the final price.

Process

I will send you wips during every step and await approval before continuing. i.e., sketch, lines, color.You can request edits during any stage of the process, though in the later stages you may have to pay extra.The time window for your commission to be completed relies heavily on my life. I try not to exceed past 4 weeks.You will be notified if I need to delay your commission for any reason.

Cancellations / Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund if I have not started your commission by 4 weeks.If I finish a stage within 4 weeks, you will receive a partial refund so you can still use the work I did.Charge backs will result in being blacklisted and your commission cancelled.

Customer Satisfaction

I do everything in my power to satisfy customers, if you are unhappy with my work please notify me.Once a piece is finalized I will not be able to return to it or make major edits. You have agreed that you are happy with the final piece. Small mistakes such as marking/coloring fixes are always possible.

Usage Policy

I as the artist have full rights to use the work as I please.I can use the piece for any of the following but not limited to;
- Promote myself with it in any way.
- Display it anywhere I like.
- Post it whenever and wherever I want.I am flexible and can keep the piece private for any reason for up to 2 weeks. After that time I am allowed to post it wherever I wish.The commissioner is allowed to;
- Post the piece anywhere you wish with attached credits.The commissioner is not allowed to;
- Make money off my work.
- Remove my watermark for any reason.

Blacklist

Blacklist covers all accounts on any sites/platforms

Named or not, I do not play friendly with zoo's/pedo's/proshipper's or whatever the fuck gross shit.
